We want you to love your BÉIS gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 45-day return and exchange window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee is applied to returns, while exchanges are always free.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Preference
Indicate whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items with all original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
